The Screaming Eagle of Soul aka Black Velvet aka Charles Bradley is heading back down under for a string of shows next month and holy shit are we excited!

If you haven’t seen C.B live it’s time to adjust your bucket list as it’s one of those experiences that makes you forget you’re at a music show and instead you feel like you’re at church with Mr. Bradley as the preacher, If you’ve ever seen his label mate and soul sister number one Sharon Jones do her thing you’ll know what I’m taking about.

But seriously without carrying on too much I can’t recommend this guy enough. If you want to hear 64 years worth of heartbreak and emotion conveyed through one mans voice, Charles is the guy to see.

Equally as exciting as the tour is a new documentary based on Charles that will be premiering at this years SXSW Festival. Check the trailer below and then check your head and pulse if you don’t get goosebumps watching it.
